Savoy, Tundra and January King Cabbages; after steaming mix with some fried pancetta, delicious!
Leeks that are fragrant, juicy and packed with flavour. Delicious in creamy cheese sauce.
Brussel Sprouts that are full of flavour and have a crunch. Available on the stalk or loose. Why not try a Sprout Top? A lovely green veg, similar to cabbage.
Kale; a delicious winter vegetable. Gently steam and serve with a little butter melted on top.
Our Shannon potatoes are delicious baked in the oven or mashed with a little butter and milk, yum!
Electra is a new variety on our farm, a firm potato great for salads and roasting.
Melody potatoes are now available in the shop; great for roasting and baking.
Celeriac is a wonderful diverse vegetable that has a strong, fragrant flavour. Delicious roasted and in soup.
